A massive shout out Ben Bonner one of our scholars who made it 3 British titles in a row yesterday in Cardiff.
Ben who just returned from a 10 day training camp in LA and Las Vegas in preparation for these championships boxed clever to take a unanimous decision in the final against Wales.
Well Done Ben everyone at IYSF are very proud of you and your dedication to your sport.
